MRDC was formed in 1992, and is owned and operated by Phil Hearn and Sonja Stone, who have over 40 years' experience between them.

Phil's background in market research has involved him in handling major research projects, acting as a consultant and developing software. He has spoken at a number of conferences giving his strong views on the need for research to improve its approach to data processing.

Sonja comes from a pharmaceutical research background and runs a highly motivated team handling projects from a range of fields. Her pharmaceutical background gives her an expertise in this particular area, but she has also worked extensively in customer satisfaction, retail and business/finance sectors.
